Pay attention to the crane machine cleaning

One of the important contents of crane machine maintenance is cleaning, removing oil, rust and so on. Good cleaning and maintenance can protect the crane machine metal from corrosion and the running mechanism is running normally.
There are a few issues to be aware of when cleaning the crane machine:
1. The parts to be cleaned are not assembled immediately, should be coated with grease and wrapped in clean cloth to avoid dust.
2. When cleaning fine parts, it should be cleaned with clean cloth, foam and soft scraper. It is forbidden to use coarser tools such as abrasive cloth to clean.
3. If need to heat the grease for cleaning or use flammable solvents to clean, should do a good fire prevention measures, maintain good ventilation on site.
4. During the cleaning process, it should be noted that the organic solvent cannot drip on the paint on the surface of the crane machine.
