The electric overhead cranes test projects
After the installation of electric overhead crane, it is necessary to carry out a safety test and it can only be put into use after the test is up to standard. The experimental project should be formulated in strict accordance with industry standards such as GB/T 5905 and JB/T 1306-2008. Common electric overhead crane test items include no-load test, dynamic and static load test, rated load test and static rigidity test.
The no-load test is to check whether the electric overhead crane operating mechanism is working normally under no-load conditions, whether the control system is accurate and flexible, and whether the safety device is sensitive and reliable.
The rated load test is to check whether the performance parameters such as lifting height, hook limit and running speed of the electric overhead crane meet the design standards or not.
The dynamic load test is to check whether the performance indexes of the electric overhead crane during the lifting process have reached the safety standard. Generally speaking, the dynamic load test takes a long time to obtain more realistic data.
